We design bespoke cycling events around the specific ideas and desires of the client. Experience the thrill of riding the 735 Km Raid Pyrenean route with Ireland’s Bike Transfer and Travel Logistics experts Bring My Bike

 

The route, created in the 1950’s by the Cyclo Club Bearnais, keeps as close to the Spanish border as possible and takes in some famous Cols such as Tourmalet and Aubisque with some terrific scenery and good road surfaces.

A must for any cycling enthusiast and perfect for a Club/Group trip.

Notes

  • Our Bike Transfer team will pick up the groups bikes 5 days prior to the group’s departure and the bikes will be available on arrival in Hendaye.
  • On completion of the itinerary, the bikes will be delivered to the agreed drop off location 5 days after the end of the Tour.
  • Our on-road support team will accompany the group each day on the road providing water/fruit/energy bars, mechanical support, and luggage transfers.

Cycle Superstore, in conjunction with Bring My Bike Corporate, are delighted to offer our valued clients the opportunity to partake in one of world cycling’s most iconic events, L’Etape du Tour.

Each year amateur riders get to cycle a chosen stage of the Tour de France during the event and this year the 135 Km route will take you from Albertville to Val Thorens. And we’d love you to join us!

At 2365m above sea level, Val Thorens is the third-highest stage finish in Tour history and the 2019 Etape looks set to be a tough one, with some 4600m of climbing.

 

This year’s Etape takes place on the 21st July and 15,000 lucky riders get to experience what it’s like to ride Le Tour, as the Etape has the same support cars and police outriders that accompany the iconic professional race stage.

Own Bike Transfer: Clients bikes can be delivered to Cycle Superstore four days prior to departure.

Alternatively, clients can use one of Bring My Bike’s Trek fleet of bikes. You have the choice of either a Domane SL5 or an Emonda ALR 5, both perfect for the Etape. These bikes must be pre – ordered at time of booking

  • The Accommodation: 3 star hotel, 3 nights, twin room sharing on a half – board basis, breakfast and dinner.

The iconic Tour of Flanders is one of cycling’s so – called Spring Classics and it’s unique and demanding route make it a bucket list event for any cyclist worth their salt! Difficult climbs, and of course the cobblestone surfaces, make this a wonderful event to kick start your cycling season on the bike and gives a real focus to any winter training schedule.

At Bring My Bike we are delighted to offer you this unique opportunity to use the event to entertain any number of your high – end clients who are particularly into their cycling. It’s an invite that will certainly get their attention!

 

With the Pro race taking place on Sunday 5th April, this event offers the opportunity of travelling to Belgium on Thursday evening, enjoying a guided spin on the Friday, before tackling the Tour of Flanders Sportif event on the Saturday.

Sunday 5th April is the Tour of Flanders Pro Race which can include event hospitality to watch the cream of the Pro Tour Cyclists tackle one of the toughest routes in the cycling calendar. Relax after the rigours of the Sportif with some great food, the very best of Belgian beer and a terrific viewing area to watch the cyclist go by. It doesn’t get any better than that!

The Wild Atlantic Etape is Ireland’s newest and most exciting cycling event.

Taking in the stunning Wild Atlantic Way cycling route from Kinsale in West Cork to Galway City, this event is unique in that it covers a route through five counties, and with the support of Ireland’s leading cycling event company Ride Wild, nothing is over – looked but the ocean! 

The Wild Atlantic Etape comprises eight stages of magic coastal cycling that is broken up into two blocks of four stages. The Etape South starts in Kinsale and finishes in Caherciveen and the Etape West route continues from Caherciveen to Galway City. 

As an event that takes place each month from May to September, it provides a terrific selection of dates to fit in with any corporate wellness campaign during the summer months.

Comprises of two days of cycling and one overnight.
  • Early morning transfer of cyclists and bikes from corporate HQ

The Marmotte Granfondo Alpe d’Huez takes place on some of the most iconic cycling routes through the Alps each July and is one of Europe’s premier cycling events.

As an Official Partner to the Marmotte Granfondo Series, the team at Ride Wild Cycling and Bring my Bike would highly recommend this event to all our corporate clients as an ideal venue and event for a client/staff cycling trip.

This event has something for everyone, from the one – day Grimpee Alpe d’Huez 13Km event on Friday 5th, to the Rando Marmottes of 98Kms and 76Kms on Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th, and finally the iconic Marmotte Granfondo of 174Kms also on Sunday 7th.

One of Europe’s premier Triathlon events takes place in iconic Alpe d’Huez from the 22nd – 26th July 2019 and is always one of the most events of the Bring my Bike calendar.

The two sections of the event being serviced by our team are the Long Distance Triathlon on Thursday 25th July the and the Short Distance Triathlon on the following day, Friday 26th July.

The Long distance Alpe d’Huez Triathlon takes place in an exceptional setting and over a unique course!
